Ordering

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Power and Compressions(Power and Compression Socks Pty Ltd.) will not be held resposible for delayed shipment warnings on the website. It is the responisibility of the customer to read item descriptions carefully before purchasing from the website.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the courier company direct if an order does not arrive in a timely manner. Once the customer learns that an order has not arrived by the due date, please lodge all enquiries with the courier company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please contact the Power and Compressions (Power and Compression Socks Pty Ltd.) if you need any further information.

All PO Box requests will automatically be sent via Australia Post as our courier partners do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

Redirections, Undeliverable, Returned or Packages Refused: If a package is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the address is inaccessible by the courier, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs relating to that package.

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.

We recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be during the hours of 9am and 7pm (or 5pm for businesses) on the delivery day.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering through the Power and Compressions (Power and Compression Socks Pty Ltd.) or Power and Compressions, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination county.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipent of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Policy of Refunds or Returns or Cancellations

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Power and Compressions (Power and Compression Socks Pty Ltd.), will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. 

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by calling us direct on +61481824219 OR +61452335900 . We do not accept order cancellations via email or when an order has been shipped.

NOTE: NO COD Return Parcels will be accepted via any courier or Australia Post.
Return authorisation must be obtained and return freight arrangements agreed prior to shipment.
