1. General Agreement & Australian Consumer Law

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and Power & Compression Socks Pty Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any condition, warranty, right, or liability implied or protected by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), or any other non-excludable statutory rights under Australian law.

2. Ordering, Pricing & Currency

Currency: All pricing displayed throughout the website is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
Order Acceptance: An order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase a product at the listed price and delivery rate. A binding contract is formed once your order is confirmed, payment has cleared, and dispatch confirmation is generated.
Pricing Errors: In the rare event of an obvious technical error or incorrect pricing calculation, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the affected order prior to dispatch and issue an immediate full refund.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Terms

Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ACDT) on standard business days are dispatched on the same day from our Adelaide facility. Orders received after this cut-off, on weekends, or during public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Logistics Network: Freight is dynamically allocated through tier-1 carriers (including TNT/FedEx Express, StarTrack, DHL Express, Australia Post, and Aramex) to ensure the fastest turnaround to your delivery postcode.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are handled exclusively via Australia Post or StarTrack services.
Transit Protection: Heavy electrical units are securely packaged. In the rare event of damage during transit, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation so an authorized replacement can be arranged.

4. Warranty, Refunds & Cancellations

2-Year Replacement Warranty: PAC step-down transformers and isolation transformers are protected by a 2-year replacement warranty against manufacturing and electrical component defects. Overload damage, severe misuse, or modifications are excluded.
30-Day Returns: Eligible unused items in original, resalable packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Due to health regulations, hygienic compression wear cannot be returned once original factory seals are opened.
Cancellations: Due to rapid order processing, order cancellation requests must be made via telephone (0481 824 219) prior to dispatch.

5. Technical Sizing & Health Disclaimers

Transformer Sizing: Customers are advised to verify appliance wattage requirements (including initial motor startup / surge wattage) before connecting appliances to step-down converters. Technical guidance provided by our support team is for assistance purposes and does not replace appliance manufacturer specifications.
Wellness & Health Wear: Information provided concerning compression wear and therapeutic accessories is general in nature. It is not intended as medical advice or clinical diagnosis. Customers with circulatory, vascular, or chronic medical conditions should consult a qualified physician before using specialized compression garments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Power & Compression Socks Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use goods supplied through this website.

Where statutory guarantees cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, our liability is strictly limited, at our election, to the replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing or acquiring equivalent goods.

7. Intellectual Property & User Accounts

Intellectual Property: All content, logos, custom graphics, technical product diagrams, and text on this website remain the intellectual property of Power & Compression Socks Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during browsing and checkout is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We never sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia. You and Power & Compression Socks Pty Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
